Sanay Patel

I spent twenty years in a career that was amazing on paper. I invested in interesting companies as a venture capital and private equity investor. I cofounded a startup and worked on three others. I bought and operated a small business. Along the way I worked with incredible people, learned a ton, and was constantly challenged intellectually.

But something was always missing. I never felt my work gave me meaning. I never had a sense of purpose.

The missing link, I realized, was that I wasn't directly helping people.

So I changed course. I combined my passion for personal finance with my desire to be of service to others. I launched Purpose Wealth.
